How it works:

Daily Practice

With just 15 minutes of daily app-guided practice, you can develop stronger mental muscles and create new neural pathways. These bite-sized exercises are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule, and are customized to target the way you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Every week, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into a specific topic with an hour-long video that will leave you feeling inspired and energized, so you'll be motivated to continue practicing throughout the week in order to maintain the benefits you've experienced.

Measurable Progress

With regular feedback, you will be able to track your progress in strengthening the three key mental fitness muscles, which will boost your motivation. MRI imaging has shown that brain rewiring can be observed in as little as 8 weeks!

Hi, I'm Ian

From Self-Doubt to Self-Mastery: my journey as an entrepreneur with ADHD.

Starting a business is no easy task, and it can be exhausting when you’re battling with yourself on top of that. I found myself constantly fighting against overwhelming feelings, distractions, and taking things too personally. To add to the mix, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which made it even harder to stay focused and motivated.

I spent years searching for answers and insights, but I soon realized that expecting transformation through insight alone was like going to the gym once a month and expecting a six-pack. You learn great technique, but no muscle.

So, I decided to take charge of my own Mental Fitness.

No more reacting to circumstances or letting negative self-talk take over. I refused to let my mind work against me any longer. It was time to align my mind, body, and spirit.

Common Qs and As

This is the right program for you if you are a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress, b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, and c) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.
The program will be largely self guided through the app. There will be weekly online meetings led by Ian Maxwell, ICF certified coach.

The pre-recorded video sessions of the program are conducted by Shirzad Chamine, New York Times bestselling author of Positive Intelligence. He has been CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world and has trained faculty at Stanford and Yale business schools. His background includes graduate level studies in neuroscience in addition to a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.
You’d be committing to:
- Watching a 1 hour video per week.
- 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program.
- 45 minutes weekly online meeting with you coach and your accountability group.

In this program we learn to use negative emotions as a helpful alert, and then quickly shift to the positive region of the brain that has the calm clarity, objectivity, and creativity to handle the challenge most effectively.
